Lin Je Kong Temple
Lin Je Kong Temple, situated on the northern end of the Coral Beach, Pangkor Island. Lin Je Kong Temple is a temple for the psychedelics, with giant statues of dragon, mushrooms, mermaids etc. Lin Je Kong is popular with photo-snapping families, Lin Je Kong visits are as much about the sea views as the shrine.

Pasir Bogak Beach
Pasir Bagok Beach is situated at the southwest coast of Pangkor Island. Pasir Bogak Beach is one of the most famous beaches in the island. Pasir Bogak Beach is a 1.5 km stretch of soft white sand and clear water, a breath-taking sight making it quite popular in Pangkor Island. The beach is crescent-shaped with coconut palm trees separating the sand beach, providing protection from the heat wave during midday. The atmosphere is serene and the water is calm, making it suitable for people who wanted to relax on the cozy breeze of the sea. Because the water level isn’t too deep and has little current, it makes a safe place for children who like to frolic in the water. Sitting in front of the beach, you can enjoy the view of Pangkor Laut Resort, an exclusive resort miles away from Pangkor Island.
The beach hosts numerous water sport facilities such as snorkeling, wind-surfing, fishing and sailing, canoe, jet ski and snorkeling gear. This wide range of activities makes Pasir Bogak Beach a famous recreational site for both locals and tourists. Along the beach are multitudes of open-air food stalls offering exotic seafood delicacies such as fish crisps, barbequed fish and squid and satay.

Tiger Rock/Batu Bersurat
Batu Bersurat or called as Sacred Rock / Tiger Rock in Pangkor Island is a large rock at Kampung Teluk Gedung inscribed with graffiti made by Dutch soldiers in the 1700’s. These soldiers were based in the Dutch Fort just about 200 metres away, in the years 1743-1748 and the date 1743 is carved on the rock five times.
The Sacred Rock is regarded as a historical monument and a modern roof has been built over the top to protect it from the weather.
In English the rock is called as Sacred Rock, Inscribed Rock or Tiger Rock because of the widely held belief that the main drawing depicts a tiger mauling a boy. This has spawned various theories and legends about a tiger which killed the son of a senior Dutch official based in the nearby Dutch Fort.

Dutch Fort/Kota Belanda
The Dutch Fort (Kota Belanda in Malay) is a fort in Pangkor Island (Pulau Pangkor in Malay), Perak, Malaysia. The Dutch Fort is the remnants of an outpost of Dutch attempts to control trade in the Malay peninsula. The Dutch called it Fort Dindingh.
The fort was built in 1670 by the Dutch, with the purpose of the storage and protection of tin supplies from the sultanate of Perak. The Dutch Fort was destroyed in 1690 by the Malay people who were discontent with the ways used by the Dutch in obtaining the minerals in Malay.
Dutch Fort was rebuilt by the Dutch in 1743, and a total of 60 soldiers was placed to protect the fort until 1748, when the force was disbanded and abandoned.
The fort was reconstructed by Malaysia’s museum department in 1973, it was gazette as an historical site and ancient monument under the Antiquities Act 1976 No. 242 Perak Gazette dated 21 March 1978.
Dutch Fort is near to the ocean and consists of three brick walls with round windows at regular intervals. A small park and some souvenir stores have been built up around this area for visitors, and Dutch Fort is a popular tourist spot in Pangkor Island.

Floating Mosque/Masjid Terapung
Floating Mosque Pangkor Island built at a cost of RM11.7 million, it took slightly over 2.5 years to complete, with a size of 1708.8 sq. metres, that can accommodate 1,500 worshippers concurrently. The massive project finally wrapped up in October 2016 and officiated by HRH Sultan Perak Sultan Nazrin Muizzuddin Shah (35th Sultan of Perak) on 8th June, 2017.
located in Kampung Teluk Gedong, Pangkor Island. This is an iconic monument of Pangkor Island, al-Badr Seribu Selawat Mosque is the first floating mosque in Perak. The mosque has been appropriately named Seribu Selawat in reference to the 1,000 prayers that have been carved on the walls and pillars of the mosque, inside and out. Another distinctive feature of the mosque is the unique Perak architecture, with aspects of Turkish and Middle Eastern influences.
Floating Mosque is open to visitors, including non-Muslims, only during non-prayer times. Please take note to dress appropriately when visiting places of worship as a sign of respect. Jubah is available on loan.

Teluk Nipah Beach
Teluk Nipah Beach (Pantai Teluk Nipah) is located on the western side of Pangkor Island, facing the Strait of Malacca. Teluk Nipah Beach is the most popular and most lively beach in Pangkor Island. Snow-white sandy beach with clear blue water is a famous gathering place for visitors who love of snorkeling, diving, water skiing and picnic.
The coast overlooks the uninhabited islands of Mentagor and Giam. These two islands can be reached on a rented kayak or boat trip. They are interesting not only for pristine beaches but also for diving sites with corals and various marine inhabitants.

Sri Pathirakaliamman Temple
Sri Pathirakaliamman Temple is located on the waterfront at Sungai Pinang Besar, Pangkor. Sri Pathirakaliamman Temple (also called as Kali Amman Temple ) is Pangkor’s only Hindu temple, and also Malaysia’s only sea-facing Indian shrine. The temple has been rebuilt and re-opened in 2019 and now boasts a new shrine.
It is best visited during the month of Massi (usually between January and February) when devotees come to celebrate Kali’s birthday. This is where Malaysian Hindus gather from all over the country to celebrate Kali’s birthday.
